When an animal that has been close to someone
here on earth must leave, it is said that pet goes to a place called Rainbow Bridge.



There are meadows and hills for our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and there our friends are warm and comfortable.

In this beautiful place, all the animals who had been old or sick are restored to health and vigor.
Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

There, the animals are happy and content, except for one thing…..they each miss someone very special to them, someone who had to be left behind.
 

They all run and play together, but a day comes
when one little cat suddenly stops and looks into the distance. Her bright eyes are intent. Her small body is still for a moment. Suddenly she leaves the group, walking over the green grass,
her legs carrying her steadily toward the approaching figure.

You have been spotted in the distance….and when you and your special friend finally meet, you pick her up in your arms in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The familiar purring starts once more…..
your hands again caress the beloved fur you knew so well, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of the friend you loved, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.

Then, you cross Rainbow Bridge together….
